01. Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To register on the tkcem platform and use any gaming services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older — for 21+ only.
• You must be accessing the service voluntarily and of your own free will.
• The use of online gaming services must be legally permitted from your location.
• You have not previously been subject to a tkcem ban or participated in self-exclusion.
• You are a real person and no bot, automated program, or third party is acting on your behalf.

1.2 Accuracy of Account Information

The information you provide at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information gives tkcem the right to immediately close your account, and any pending balance may be forfeited in such cases.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses collected across those accounts will be cancelled and the accounts may be permanently closed.

2.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your tkcem account is personal and it is strictly prohibited to transfer, sell, or assign it to any other person. If this rule is violated, both parties' accounts will be closed.

03. Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount for each deposit at tkcem is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies to all accepted payment methods.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

tkcem supports only the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The mobile wallet of United Commercial Bank.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on tkcem are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, a conversion rate will be applied automatically and tkcem does not charge any additional fee for this.

04. Bonuses & Promotions Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tkcem offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Or, a deposit of ৳34,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer description.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play designated games on the tkcem platform.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• A user may claim a specific offer only once.
• tkcem reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus, though this will not apply to bonuses already active.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour is proven, the bonus will be forfeited.

05. Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results & Fairness

All games on tkcem are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game result is predetermined or subject to alteration.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disruption occurs during a game, tkcem reserves the right to void the result of that round. If the outcome of a bet remains undetermined due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded to the user's account.

5.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For betting on cricket and other sports, if a match is cancelled or left incomplete after the bet has been accepted, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. Users have no right to raise a dispute based on any unofficial result published before the official result is announced.

5.4 Game Provider Terms

tkcem serves content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each provider's own rules apply to their games and tkcem does not directly control these.

06. User Code of Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the tkcem platform:

• Attempting fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to the system.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
